Two sets of reports submitted by individual school district's agricultural departments to the state in fulfillment of state aid requirements. Information provided in the reports includes course titles, dates, length, and description; instructor names and salaries; numbers of enrollees, with classification by sex, grade, and regular or evening attendee; expenditures including salaries, transportation, and equipment; and data on short courses, part-time or evening classes, and community activities or itinerant teaching (home gardens, school gardens, and agricultural contests). Some also include notations on the amount of future aid recommended by the Education Department based on the report.
